Thankfully, there is a piece of good news for you. You can benefit from a five-figure grants for first time home buyers from the WA government. To qualify for the First Home Owners Grant, you need to be aware of the eligibility criteria.

You must not have owned a home anywhere in Australia before 1 July 2000 nor occupied residential property in Australia on or after 1 July 2000. You must own the land on which the home is built and live in the home for at least 6 months within the 12 month period after the completion of the transaction. You must apply within 12 months of the completion of the transaction. If you are qualified, you will receive a one-off lump sum of $10,000 from WA Office of State Revenue.
