By designing our kits this way we are able to offer you the best designed, quality, most affordable cabin or barn. - Standard siding is plywood siding like T1-11 or LP Smart Siding with grooves 8"oc for reverse Board & Batten effect.
- Glulam Beams, Timbers or Composite Beams.
- T&G Plywood or OSB floor decking for loft floors.
- Plywood or OSB Roof sheathing.
- Fascia & Trim.
- When added 1 x 3 Cedar Battens.
- Standard stair or pre-manufactured pull down stair with each loft style kit.
