Quality Materials:

Pennypincher's uses locally available, quality standard construction materials. Each building kit is custom designed and materials may vary from place to place based on design or local availabilty. By designing our kits this way we are able to offer you the best designed, quality, most affordable cabin or barn.

• Standard siding is plywood siding like T1-11 or LP Smart Siding with grooves 8"oc for reverse Board & Batten effect.
• Glulam Beams, Timbers or Composite Beams.
• T&G Plywood or OSB floor decking for loft floors.
• Plywood or OSB Roof sheathing.
• Fascia & Trim.
• When added 1 x 3 Cedar Battens.
• Standard stair or pre-manufactured pull down stair with each loft style kit. 
• Upgraded Materials Available upon request (for example: stain grade siding, fire ratings, other preferences).
• *Basic local Delivery Include. Remote locations may incurr additonal delivery fee.
  Accessory items shipped by way of economical shipper.
