Live Large in a Small Space

Maximize the potential of our smaller sized cabins and small homes by adding some of these handy gadgets that can make living in a small space extra comfortable.  With a combination kitchen you have a fridge/freezer, stove, sink and storage in a space 30" x 40".  There are all-in-one washers and dryers that fit easily under a cabinet.  Bathroom fixtures come in all shapes in sizes.

Pennypincher's uses locally available, quality standard construction materials. Each building kit is custom designed and materials may vary from place to place based on design or local availability. By designing our kits this way we are able to offer you the best designed, quality, most affordable cabin or barn.

  • Standard siding is plywood siding like T1-11 or LP Smart Siding with grooves 8"oc for reverse Board & Batten effect.
  • Glulam Beams, Timbers or Composite Beams.
  • T&G Plywood or OSB floor decking for loft floors.
  • Plywood or OSB Roof sheathing.
  • Fascia & Trim.
  • When added 1 x 3 Cedar Battens.
  • Standard stair or pre-manufactured pull down stair with each loft style kit.
  • Pennypincher's provides Composition shingles for any of our cabins or barns.
  • Cabins & Barn Homes include an additional home conversion package (sub-siding & house wrap)
     
  • Basic Door and Window Packages included with Cabin Kits

 

*Package Materials are acquired and delivered from your local area. Basic local delivery is free on package materials.   Extra Delivery Fees may occur when delivering to remote locations.  Shipping Cost for Accessory Items not included but we work with a very economical shipper to get you the best price.
